Prepare:

16 bars of an up-tempo pop or musical theatre piece in the style of the show.

Bring:

Sheet music in the appropriate key; no CD or a cappella auditions please; an accompanist will be provided.

Bring:

A current headshot and resume.

Looking for singer, actor, dancers to fill the roles of Matthew, Luke, Juan and Abraham in the OFF-Broadway smash hit – “Altar Boyz.” For show information, video and audio cuts and character descriptions go to the official “Altar Boyz” website at www.altarboyz.com. The role of Mark has been pre-cast. Performers will receive a stipend.

Rehearsals:

Saturday: 12:30 – 5:30, Sunday: 10:00 – 4:00 or 6:00 – 10:00 and Tuesday: 6:00 – 10:00

Music rehearsals will run 1 full week; TBD by schedule of performers. Rehearsals will begin the week of March 23, 2009. See rehearsal schedule provided at auditions.

Performances:

May 22 – June 28, 2009 – Friday and Saturday Evenings (there is a possible addition of Sunday shows – TBD). Shows will be performed at Lannie’s Clocktower Cabaret – 16th Street and Lawrence in beautiful Downtown Denver.
